Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Powder

Finely milled powder prepared from the dried peel of Citrus limon (lemon). In cosmetics it functions primarily as a botanical abrasive/exfoliant and can also contribute minor antioxidant and fragrance-like properties from residual citrus constituents. It is not a single defined chemical, so standard molecular and pH data do not apply. Safety is generally acceptable in properly formulated rinse-off products, but it can be sensitizing or irritating in some users due to acidic plant residues, fragrance components, and possible citrus photoreactive compounds.
